In the market survey we did before, 35% of the people think that traditional home is very good and can meet all the needs of their modern life. Most of the 35% of the people think that the user experience of smart home is worse and they don't want to try any more. Some of the elderly people who don't use smart phones think that smart home is more troublesome than 60%. Willing to accept smart home, hope their lives to intelligent development, including people of all ages and classes; the rest of the people are wait-and-see attitude, not opposed or supported. Thus, if we improve the smart home products, the number of potential customers of smart home is very huge. And the development of real estate in all parts of the country to support the rising trend, which shows that the home industry as an auxiliary industry of real estate, its prospects are very considerable. At the same time, "China is now in the stage of consumption upgrading, industrialization, urbanization, information technology, agricultural modernization to accelerate the integration of development. In order to promote the development of informationization, intellectualization and digital city, the state has issued a series of policies to support the development of smart home industry, which has laid a solid foundation for the development of smart home industry. At the same time, many e-commerce companies deliberately put on the brand of "smart home" when marketing, using the psychology of consumers, deceiving consumers that smart home appliances are smart home; some enterprises, using users do not know the technical problems, will transform the old recycled products, through this way to reduce costs and construction processes, in the customer questioning, will also flirt about intelligence. The product is unstable. It will take a while to wait. Our survey report shows that although more than 60% of people are willing to accept smart home, 69% of them are not satisfied with the experience of smart home. They say that smart home is different from what they imagine and most products are much worse than they imagine. At the same time, smart home producers should focus on the development of smart home according to the needs of users. For example, our survey shows that the most important concern of most people is the safety alarm function of houses. Personal safety and property safety have always been the primary concern of people. However, the products on the market seem not to be recognized by consumers. One reason is that it is too expensive to be borne by most people. In fact, the expensive smart home in the market is not the real product of smart home. Nowadays, the real smart home adopts the remote control of smart terminal, which has the characteristics of wiring-free, mobility and easy upgrade. It is the mainstream of the smart home market at present. Many users have experienced the cable technology, which is expensive and complicated, and has been eliminated by the times. Consumers must recognize wireless technology when choosing smart home products. I believe it will bring you a perfect user experience. Many respondents are more concerned about lighting control and air conditioning control. Most of them are white-collar workers at work. They hope to have a comfortable environment to relieve their tired body and nerves when they get home from work. There are also some elderly, white-collar workers and elderly people to support. Through our introduction, we are more interested in intelligent toilets that can monitor the health of the body. After all, the body is the capital of the revolution.
